Official Job Description: The Data Manager shall handle all data requests, shall be responsible for the accuracy and protection of our data and shall perform other duties as prescribed by the Chair (Article VII, Section 2m of Bylaws).
Other duties as assigned: All data requests shall go through the Data Manager. No other Executive Board member, other than the Chair, shall export, update, delete, append, code or otherwise tamper with the district’s data without the approval of the Data Manager.
In an effort to clean up our data, the Data Manager will go through the caucus data and make inactive moved/deceased/otherwise disinterested caucus attendees and will clean up the remaining data to include, as best as possible, emails and phone numbers.
Data Manager is charged with coming up with a mailing list process for district newsletter distribution.
A prepared brief report of the officers’ previous month’s worth of activities and status updates on ‘to-do’s is due two days prior to the Executive Board meeting.
Who May Run: Voting members in good standing (paid membership dues at any time from the reorg meeting to no more than one year prior OR a current PCO).
Who May Vote on This Position: Any voting member in good standing may vote for this position.
